Terms and Conditions for Social Studio Group Pty Ltd Studio Hire

1. Booking and Payment:

   1.1. Upon confirmation of a booking request, an invoice will be issued to the client for payment.

   1.2. Payment must be made in full prior to or on the day of the booking, as indicated on the invoice provided by Social Studio Group Pty Ltd.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   2.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Social Studio Group Pty Ltd at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking date.

   2.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice of cancellation may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the total booking cost.

   2.3. Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the client and must be settled within the specified time frame.

3. Supervision of Children:

   3.1. Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises of Social Studio Group Pty Ltd.

   3.2. Children are encouraged to remain off the cyclorama unless directly involved in the photoshoot and under the supervision of an adult.

   3.3. While on the cyclorama, children are expected to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to the purpose of the photoshoot and refrain from engaging in any form of play that may pose a risk to themselves or others.

4. Studio Access and Usage:

   4.1. The client agrees to utilize the studio space only for the purposes specified in the booking agreement.

   4.2. Access to the studio is granted strictly during the agreed-upon booking times. Any extension of the booking must be arranged and confirmed in advance, subject to availability.

   4.3. The client is responsible for ensuring that all individuals associated with the booking adhere to studio rules and regulations, including safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines.

4.4. Furniture or equipment must not be dragged across the studio floor to prevent damage to the flooring and maintain the quality of the studio space.

5. Damages and Liability:

   5.1. The client is liable for any damages caused to studio property or equipment during the hire period, whether by themselves or by any individuals associated with the booking.

   5.2. Social Studio Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge the client for repair or replacement costs associated with any damages incurred.

   5.3. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against liabilities arising from their use of the studio space.

6. Health and Safety:

   6.1. The client is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all individuals present in the studio during the hire period.

   6.2. Clients must comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by Social Studio Group Pty Ltd, including those related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns.

7. Indemnification:

   7.1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Social Studio Group Pty Ltd, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's use of the studio space.

8. Miscellaneous:

   8.1. Social Studio Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking at its discretion.

   8.2. Any modifications or amendments to the booking agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

   8.3. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Social Studio Group Pty Ltd regarding studio hire and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By booking studio space at Social Studio Group Pty Ltd, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
