Q. Brief introduction about your journey into starting an agency?
From a young age I knew I loved fashion, the way it allowed each individual to express their personality without even having to speak excited me. I dappled in various areas of marketing and retail, before ultimately deciding that I needed to find a way to combine the two. Since becoming an editorial stylist, it has allowed me to branch into content creation as an extent, and I've never looked back!
Q. What inspired you to pursue a career in Styling?
My mum was the one who pushed me to challenge myself and try this career path! I worked out pretty quickly after graduating that the corporate world was not for me and I needed something creative, that did not have me confined to a desk from 9-5. Fashion, styling and content creation was the answer to this and my mum saw it long before I did. I really owe this to her!
Q. What would you say is your specialisation?
Styling and content creation for editorial and commercial photoshoots - for both brands and individuals.
Q. Notable projects or clients you've worked with:
I have learned from and worked closely with Bianca Rose, one of the powerhouses of the industry, who recently has me assist her on styling Jelena Dokic. Through these opportunities, I have also been able to work as an assistant on large retailer shoots. I have also shot with Napoleon Wear, a small Aussie business.
Q. Any specific career goals or milestones you hope to achieve?
My goals are currently to work on a large editorial campaign for an Australian retailer, as a head stylist and assist styling at Fashion Week!
